Servo Hydraulic Dynamic Triaxial Testing System Wille Geotechnik

This series of Dynamic Triaxial test systems gives the possibility to perform large loads and frequencies on the required specimen size in combination of static or cyclic cell pressure.

The Wide column spacing enables to accommodate large cells even with environmental chambers and furnaces. The Triaxial system can generate and apply different types of loading waveforms that can be given to the sample e.g. Sinusoidal, Square, Triangular, Rectangle, Ramp signal, and user-defined waveform.

The dynamic servo hydraulic load frame has different models which could be selected per as required technical test specification of the user e.g:

Large Diameter Dynamic Triaxial Testing System Wille Geotechnik

The large-scale triaxial testing systems are customized construction systems configured based on the testing requirements of the customer. These systems are used to perform static tests on specimens with large particle sizes, such as dam ballast, railway ballast, and gravels. The Large Diameter Dynamic Triaxial Testing System can apply up to 1000 kN load with a frequency of up to 50 Hz  on samples with a diameter of up to 600 mm. The new fully automatic Resilient Modulus Testing System (RMTS) is based on our cyclic tabletop electromechanical Triaxial test System with closed-loop control of the axial load, displacement and confining pressure. Columnless Cyclic Triaxial Testing System Wille Geotechnik

The column-less loading system applies the static and cyclic loads from the bottom of the Triaxial cell. The top of the cell is free operating space to facilitate installation of sample or local strain measuring devices. The Triaxial cell is connected to a lifting mechanism that lifts the cell wall up and gives the easiest way for the operator to handle the cell. The load piston has the possibility to compensate for cell pressure changes effected by the volume change of the piston inside the triaxial cell during cyclic and static tests. This loading system is specially designed and configured for cyclic Triaxial tests and use compensated ram technology. The system includes a special load pistol construction to compensate cell-pressure changes affected by the volume change of the movement of piston in and out of the triaxial cell.

Table Top Cyclic Triaxial Testing System Wille Geotechnik

The new developed cyclic tabletop electromechanical closed-loop controlled triaxial load frames are characterized by their high accuracy for stress-strain triaxial tests with static and cyclic automatic loading possibilities up to 10kN and 10Hz. The cyclic actuator is placed on upper traverse and has dedicated dynamic controller to run all cyclic loads required for different applications. The upper traverse can be adjusted per as the size of triaxial cell or other test applications. The test apparatus is suitable for compression and extension tests with isotropic or anisotropic consolidation and covering whole testing applications and comply with international standards.
