Static Soil True Triaxial Testing Device Wille Geotechnik

The Static True Triaxial test system is a fully automatic system used to study the behavior of soil under various compressive stress regimes on cubic samples via three independently controlled principal axes (σ1 ≠ σ2 ≠ σ3) under static loading.

The System applies vertical and horizontal independent loads by static electromechanical or optionally servo-hydraulic actuators for axis 1 and axis 2 and the cell pressure is used for axis 3.

The system includes 4 electromechanical load actuators that work in pairs and each of them has its own LVDT displacement transducer and submersible load cells and has stress or strain feedback control.

Large Diameter Dynamic Triaxial Testing System Wille Geotechnik

The large-scale triaxial testing systems are customized construction systems configured based on the testing requirements of the customer. These systems are used to perform static tests on specimens with large particle sizes, such as dam ballast, railway ballast, and gravels. The new fully automatic Resilient Modulus Testing System (RMTS) is based on our cyclic tabletop electromechanical Triaxial test System with closed-loop control of the axial load, displacement and confining pressure. This series of Dynamic Triaxial test systems gives the possibility to perform large loads and frequencies on the required specimen size in combination of static or cyclic cell pressure. The Wide column spacing enables to accommodate large cells even with environmental chambers and furnaces. Columnless Cyclic Triaxial Testing System Wille Geotechnik

The column-less loading system applies the static and cyclic loads from the bottom of the Triaxial cell. The top of the cell is free operating space to facilitate installation of sample or local strain measuring devices. The Triaxial cell is connected to a lifting mechanism that lifts the cell wall up and gives the easiest way for the operator to handle the cell. The load piston has the possibility to compensate for cell pressure changes effected by the volume change of the piston inside the triaxial cell during cyclic and static tests. This loading system is specially designed and configured for cyclic Triaxial tests and use compensated ram technology. The system includes a special load pistol construction to compensate cell-pressure changes affected by the volume change of the movement of piston in and out of the triaxial cell.
